We know how dreadful it is when you hear the word “fundraising”. Oh no, shoot me now! You can just see all of that inventory of candy, coupon books or whatever you have to keep track of and if you don’t…there goes any money you make! Then there is the dread you have of hitting up your friends and relatives one more time to buy some overpriced diminutive sized package of something they really don’t need. Really, who actually WANTS an 8 ounce tin of peanut brittle for $25!
Stop right there! Don’t panic. Team Image has got you covered! We can set you up with your own customized online sale selling stuff people actually want to buy and are actually probably going to buy anyway. A sale which your fans can help support your program financially as well as making your gym or field an intimidating sea of your school colors!
We would love it if you let our expertise at running hundreds of fundraisers help make your life easier and benefit your program. We are excited to talk to you about setting up your very own online sale with customized products. We can help make it easy for you from start to finish with our tried and true processes partnering with you to build, communicate and track your campaign. Why you need to do an online sale with Team Image?
- Run your sale for a short time only. We have found that 1 1/2 -3 weeks range is ideal. Creates urgency and excitement and orders are delivered sooner.
- After items are delivered consider opening sale again for one week to pick up stragglers and for those who see something cool someone else got that they “just gotta have”. If you have people interested you can end up picking up another fundraising donation check as well!
- Choose one screen printed design only. Simple one or two color designs can many times print on several different colors of garments. If not, you can increase your selection by choosing a variety of different styles of garments in the same color.
- If you want to offer an additional screen print design consider opening another online sale in a month and offer a different design then.
- HINT: If you add colors of garments to your selections you will most likely have to add more screens to make your art work so your 3 color print could end up 4 or 5 colors!.
- Each online sale includes up to 4 colors (screens). This can be a two color front, 1 color back and one color left leg print or it can be only a 4 color front. Choose your screens wisely! (Additional screens available at a cost)
- You may have as many embroidery designs as you like as long as they are already digitized or you pay for digitizing up front. Many schools we already have quite a variety of digitized embroidery designs already to choose from. Ask us to see what we’ve got on file already!
- If you have embroidery already digitized consider adding caps, beanies, bags or other accessory items to pick up some more sales. (and collect more $$)
- There is no cost to you to set up an online sale. However, since Team Image picks up the credit card merchandising fees, the first 4 screen charges and costs involved in hosting, building and maintaining your online sale Team Image can not afford to make donations to any program for a sale netting less than $500.
- You can offer what you like in your online sale but we strongly recommend that you talk to us about what you want and listen to our recommendations on products to meet your needs. There are lots of catalogs with all kinds of styles of garments and we know all about products availability in stock, size range, color range available, printing or embroidery friendly styles, companion styles available (ladies, youth etc) and speed of shipping. All of these things can add up to make a huge difference on how quickly you get your orders and the quality that you receive. Tell us what you are looking for and we will be happy to help!
